岗位职责：
1、配合媒体平台运营:负责配合酒店微信公众号、抖音、小红书、微博等新媒体平台的日常内容更新与账号维护；
2、配合线上活动执行:配合执行各类线上宣传活动，包括但不限于话题互动、粉丝福利等，有效提升账号互动率与品牌曝光度；
3、数据整理与反馈:对各平台运营数据进行简单整理与分析，反馈内容传播效果，为后续内容策略优化提供数据支持；
4、用户互动与维护:及时响应并处理粉丝评论、私信及咨询，维护良好的用户关系，提升粉丝粘性与品牌好感度。
岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历，有相关酒店ip运营经验优先；
2、熟悉抖音、小红书平台的调性及玩法，对IP打造有看法想法，懂得制造热点抓热点；
3、认真负责，不惧沟通，热爱新媒体。
