岗位职责：
1、主要对重要宾客进行餐饮接待与服务，通过培训掌握服务技能技巧和一定的应变能力，能妥善处理服务中出现的一般性问题；
2、掌握餐饮服务流程，了解餐厅各种菜肴的基本特点和简单的烹制方法；
3、工作主动、热情、认真，责任心强，身体健康，仪表端庄，气质优良，谈吐得体；
4、积极寻求客人反馈并做好相关记录，协助餐厅创新和改进提供给宾客的体验；
5、熟悉酒店有关餐饮产品销售的各项政策，向来店宾客推销餐饮产品，努力争取好的经济效益。
岗位要求：
1、形象气质佳，具备基础英语沟通能力；
2、服务意识强，能够主动为客人提供优质服务，能承受工作压力；
3、具备良好的沟通能力，能够与客人进行愉快的交流，解决基本问题。
