岗位职责：
1、负责酒店宣传物料的视觉设计，包括海报、折页、易拉宝等平面广告；
2、配合市场推广活动，完成线上线下的创意美工支持，提升品牌形象；
3、参与酒店官网、社交媒体平台内容的视觉呈现设计，确保风格统一；
4、根据节日、促销等主题策划视觉方案，优化用户视觉体验。
岗位要求：
1、具备扎实的美术功底，熟练使用Photoshop等设计软件；
2、具有良好的审美能力和创意思维，能准确把握品牌视觉风格；
3、熟悉印刷制作流程及各类宣传物料的制作规范；
4、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识，能高效完成设计任务。
