岗位职责：
1、全面负责酒店西餐厨房的运营管理，统筹菜品研发与出品质量；
2、制定相关标准化操作流程，确保风味统一与成本控制；
3、组织厨房团队日常运作，合理安排人员分工与培训考核；
4、监督食品安全与卫生管理，严格执行餐饮行业相关规范。
岗位要求：
1、精通西餐烹饪技艺，熟悉相关主流菜系制作流程；
2、具备较强的菜品创新能力，能根据市场需求调整菜单结构；
3、具有良好的团队管理能力，能有效协调厨房各岗位工作；
4、熟悉酒店餐饮运营模式，有高端星级酒店工作经验者优先。
