岗位职责：
1、负责酒店各部门招聘需求的对接与分析，制定并执行招聘计划；
2、管理招聘全流程，包括职位发布、简历筛选、面试安排及候选人跟进；
3、拓展并维护招聘渠道，优化招聘效率，确保岗位及时填补；
4、协调用人部门与候选人的沟通，提升面试体验与入职转化率；
5、定期分析招聘数据，提出改进建议，优化招聘策略；
6、协助学习与发展部日常培训部分工作。
岗位要求：
1、具备英语四级证书及较好的英语能力，熟练操作计算机能力；
2、2年以上招聘相关工作经验，有酒店行业经验者或者万豪背景优先；
3、熟悉招聘流程及常用渠道，具备较强的候选人评估能力；
4、良好的沟通协调能力，能高效对接部门需求；
5、结果导向，能适应快节奏工作环境，具备较强的抗压能力。
