职责义务：
1.监督和分派任务给行李员、迎宾员；
2.确保客人登记完毕后，迅速把行李送到客人房间；
3.迅速且礼貌的接听电话；
4.处理客人要求，并亲自协调相关人员/部门以满足客人要求；
5.当团体抵店和离店时，协助收发客人行李；
6.确保任何时间在主要入口外指定地点装卸行李且行李车不会阻塞入口；
7.确保所有长时间寄存的行李都被准确登记并将行李寄存牌交到客人手中；
8.确保寄存行李的安全；
9.确保不同班次间手推车交接并且整齐有序的摆放；
10.处理酒店汽车和出租车的要求；
11.处理行李短期寄存要求并将寄存牌交给客人；
12.处理物品存取服务；
13.协助确认机票、航班更换、机票预定等。
