1.To be responsible for the day to day mise-en-place
能够负责每天的准备工作
2.To help for the mise-en-place work as per the leading chef work list
能够帮助厨师主管完成每项准备工作
3.To check fridge items quality and quantity in the section
能够坚持本部门冰箱里存储物品的数量和质量
4.To report to chef of the missing items and fill in prep list inventory par list
报告厨师丢失的物品并且填写预备存货标准列表
5.To check storeroom item missing and report on white board
检查仓库物品是否丢失并且写在白板上
6.To be responsible for assuring the service according to the kitchen rule.
根据厨房的规定，负责确保服务的质量。

8.Each dish prepared can only be top quality food product.

9.To obey to the people in charge of the pass for all ordering and pick up.
