Overview:

负责安排、监督和协调洗衣房/制服房员工的工作，包括酒店布草制服及客衣的清洗。

Responsible for the work planning, controlling and coordination of the work schedules for all laundry /uniform staff and the processing of all guest items, resort laundry and dry cleaning.

主要工作职责:

Core Responsibilities:

1. 根据酒店的政策和标准操作程序管理和培训所有洗衣房/制服房的员工。

Responsible for the administration and maintenance of an effective training program for all laundry and uniform staff in accordance with the policies and procedures as set down by the resort.

2. 有效管理洗衣房和制服房的工作确保员工工作高效。

Performs all administrative duties necessary to achieve and maintain the operations of the laundry at the highest degree of efficiency.

3. 以友好的态度积极应对客人需求。

Attends to guest objections, requests and inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner.

4. 仔细阅读交班本，确保所有工作及时完成。

Reads the log book to ensure all actions are taken for jobs or requests。

5. 确保员工制服准确地发放。

Precise issuing of all staff uniforms.

6. 检查布草是否按照尺寸、颜色和餐厅布草分类保管。

To inspect linen on shelves according to size, color and used for related outlets for proper storing.

7. 及时向行政管家报告任何突发事件。

Reports unusual incidents / significant activities to the Exec. Housekeeper.

8. 准备每月洗涤报表并严格控制成本。

Prepare monthly laundry cleaning expense reports and control the expense.

9. 每天检查湿洗、干洗和熨烫工作，确保洗涤供应商提供高质量的服务并及时收送客衣。

Inspects guest laundry, dry cleaning and pressing work on a daily basis, to ensure optimum quality from laundry supplier, prompt pick-up and delivery of garments.

10. 申请采购各种洗涤剂并让行政管家批准。

Report types of chemicals to be purchased and get approved from Exec Housekeeper.

11. 明确培训需求，制定培训计划并确保按时完成培训。

Identifies training needs, develops formal training plans and implement training sessions.

12. 协助采购部/行政管家分析和挑选新布草。

Assist purchasing / Executive Housekeeping in analyzes and selection of new linen items.

13. 协助采购部/行政管家分析制服更换和新制服的挑选。

Assist purchasing / Executive Housekeeping in analyzes and selection of replace and new uniform items.

14. 与员工建立和保持良好的关系。

Establish and maintains effective employees relations.

15. 控制和分析部门成本，确保在预算范围内。

Controls and analyzes departmental costs, to ensure performance against budget.

16. 了解洗衣房及干洗行业新趋势，包括洗涤方法、洗涤剂及新的布料和设备。

Keeps aware of trends, new methods, chemical, textiles and equipment in laundry and dry cleaning industry.

17. 执行月度布草盘点并严格控制库存，准备洗涤公司布草赔偿报表。

Monthly linen inventory and managed inventory，laundry supplier compensation report

18. 制定布草高尔夫车的维修和保养计划并实施。

Plan and implement programs to care and maintenance of laundry cargo buggy.

19. 及时完成职责范围内委派的其它工作任务。

Perform other duties assigned form time to time.

20. 对待所有客人和同事要彬彬有礼、热情，用眼睛交流并时刻提帮助。

Greets and is courteous to all guest and colleagues, uses eye contact and always offers assistance.

21. 推荐具备晋升的员工，提高员工工作积极性。

Recommend promotion, merit increments etc.

22. 完成你上级安排的其它工作任务。

Carry out other tasks as directed by your superior.

能力要求：

Specifications:

l 初中及以上学历

Junior School degree

l 流畅的中文和良好的沟通技能

Fluent in dictation Chinese Good communication skill;

l 基本的英语口语及书写

Basic in oral and written English

l 显著的计划能力

Apparent planning ability;

l 良好的客房操作技能并熟知客房标准操作流程

Good knowledge about the technical and HSKP SOP

l 3年以上的国际酒店/度假酒店工作经验

At least 3 years’ working experience in international class hotel/resort.

l 适应灵活的工作时间

Willing to work extended hours when required
