概述：

系统地掌握主要设备运行、技术状况、技术数据和技术档案。随时掌握酒店机房设备的运行状况，对所有紧急情况及时做出正确的反应。发现问题及时组织人员解决处理。

主要工作职责:

• 坚守岗位，做好本职工作，按时完成下达的生产任务。认真执行设备精度检验制度，确保修理质量，并对修理质量负责。

• 主要设备发生故障影响正常营业时，要组织人员立即进行现场处理，并将处理情况及时报告给防损部经理。

• 审阅各系统运行监测技术数据及运行表发现问题及时处理，确保所有维修单据记录在册，督促和检查各班组应按期完成的设备维修保养，做好有关故障及零部件更换情况记录，做到每月进行整理、登记和存档。

• 设备发生故障时，积极进行抢修，紧急故障未处理完毕，人手紧缺时不得下班。

• 根据设备的使用，协助防损部经理制定出相应的年度、月度维护保养计划，并严格实施。

• 按照预防性维保计划对各大机房、公共区域、餐厅、客房机电设备进行巡查，对查出的问题要及时发出维修通知，以保证这些区域的设备设施处于完好的状况。

• 根据防损部经理的要求，监督外单位承担大修、技术改造和工程项目，并组织人员紧密配合，保证工程符合规定的要求。

• 负责每辆高尔夫车维修前后的检查工作，排除安全隐患。

• 负责酒店各装饰品、屏风、柜台、沙发、桌椅、衣架、木制、竹制和藤制家具的修理。

• 在日常工作中提高节约意识，合理使用原材料、设备，爱护班组工具。

• 按照维修工程单的要求及时处理酒店客房一些物品的涂刷工作。

• 负责工作场地的清洁卫生，自觉做好施工场地的收尾工作，保持酒店的优美环。

• 每日能耗数据的采集工作。

• 服从部门领导安排的其他工作，确保酒店的正常运行。

• 根据酒店的运营状况，接受灵活的工作时间安排。

要求学历及资质：

• 高中以上（中专以上）文化程度，身心健康，五年以上工作经验，身心健康、良好的书面和口头表达能力，很强的工作管理责任心及敬业精神，团队精神；

• 2年以上工程值班工程师的工作经验。
