Lead BD Team to search and developnew projects, in terms of feasibility study, financial projection, negotiationsuntil deal signed.
建立和管理公司的项目管道，并带领团队达到所需的潜在客户转化率。
Build up and manage project pipelinefor the company and lead team to reach required conversion rate of leads.
提高BD团队的项目质量，增加签约项目的数量和成活率。
Improve BD Team’s project quality,increase number and survival rate of signed project.
通过收集经济和市场数据及相关第三方报告，建立业务发展数据库，监测全国和全球范围内的行业趋势。
Monitor industry trend on bothnational & global scale by collecting economic and marketing data andrelevant third-party report, establishing business development database.
与业主和投资者保持良好健康的关系，确保裸心的可持续发展。
Maintain good and healthy relationshipwith owners and investor, to make sure a sustainable development for naked.
作为裸心的代表参加行业论坛，在活动中公开发言，探索业务发展机会。
Attend forums of the industry as anambassador of naked, speak publicly at events to explore business developmentopportunities.
根据集团首席执行官的要求，实地考察并履行其他职责。
On-site visit and perform anyadditional duties as required by Group CEO.
