职位简介
依据雅诗阁中国的战略布局，投资标准及资本管理，积极搜寻投资项目及资产管理，以提升公司业绩。
 
主要工作职责
-搜寻适合公司投资项目与跟进潜在项目
-对项目前期市场分析、财务分析、和运营模式分析
-对拟投资项目进行尽职调查等工作，撰写项目可行性分析报告及投资建议书。
-负责公司投资项目及投资退出等工作。
-参与项目谈判并实施
-拓展渠道、维护政府、行业企业和其他的关系渠道，收集、掌握并筛选投资项目信息和机会
 
资质需求
-企业管理、财务管理、房地产管理、旅业或工程类相关专业，本科以上学历。
-最少3年投资经验在资产管理，房地产，国际房产代理公司，房地产私募基金及旅业工作经验。
-了解所涉及的行业发展，具备一定的宏观分析能力。
-英文熟练，能够用英文撰写各类工作报告等相关文件。
-较强的综合分析能力，组织能力和可以出差。
-有好的团体合作精神，保持团体关系能力，和组织能力
-熟悉Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint等办公系统。
-工作认真，敬业，诚信。抗压能力强。
 
Brief Introduction
To actively source for investment leads and asset management in order to achieve the investment strategic, return target and capital management set by Ascott China.
 
Major Responsibility
-Source for investment leads and to follow-up
-Conduct market research, financial analysis and operation analysis
-Manage due diligence, prepare feasibility study and investment paper
-Asset/equity acquisition and future divestment plan
-Business negotiation as well as deal execution.
-To cultivate more channels and maintain relationship with government, corporates and other channels to source for market intelligence and opportunities.
 
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree or above, major in business management, financial management, real estate management and hospitality or engineering related disciplines.
-At least 3 years working experience in investment, real estate, international property agency firms, real estate PE fund, and hospitality.
-Industry savvy and have some macro-analysis ability.
-Be proficient in English and can write various reports and other kinds of work related documents in English.
-Strong comprehensive analysis capability, organization ability and able to travel.
-Team player with good public relations and coordination abilities
-Familiar with Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint and other office systems.
-Have right working attitude, engaged, trust-worthy. Strong ability to undertake working pressure.
