Duties and Responsibilities工作职责

· Effectively manage the restaurant by ensuring the following:

· 有效管理餐厅的日常工作，确保日下工作正常进行：

o Oversee the Implementation of standards as detailed in the departmental standards and procedures manual

o 监督部门工作标准和程序手册中列出的各项规范的贯彻执行

o Adhere to opening and closing procedures for beverages

o 遵守酒水开始营业和结束营业的程序。

o Adhere to hotel finance procedures

o 遵守规定的结账程序。

o Conduct effective trainings ensuring all staff are aware and equipped with the wine knowledge to promote & upsell to the guest.

o 进行有效的培训，确保所有员工都了解并掌握葡萄酒知识，以便向客人推广和推销。

o Coordinates with respective section manager on VIP wine arrangement & requirements.

o 与相关部门经理协调VIP葡萄酒的安排和要求。

o Personally meets and recommend wine for each dining guest in the restaurant.

o 亲自与餐厅的每位客人会面并推荐葡萄酒

o Encourage and motivate staff to provide optimum service during all shifts

o 激励在岗员工为客人提供卓越的服务。

· Share recommendations and guest comments to ADOFB and Restaurant Manager to reflect current customer profile

· 与餐饮副总监和餐厅经理交流意见和客人的建议从而反应当前客人的情况。

· Develop and implement Promotions Calendar for Beverage products in restaurant

· 在餐厅制定和执行餐饮产品促销活动日历。

· Manage special event concepts

· 特别活动的概念管理工作。

· Anticipate market changes and review operations when necessary

· 善于预测市场的变化情况，并在必要时审评运营工作。

· Conduct competitor analysis activities

· 对竞争对手进行分析。

· Assist to implements the FSMS policies in the restaurant.

· 协助落实餐厅的FSMS政策。

· Create positive publicity opportunities

· Manage customer database and utilize effectively

· Up-sell property facilities

· Manages beverage cost

· Forecasting of stock utilisation for wine inventory in F&B division.

· 预测餐饮部葡萄酒库存的使用情况。

· Stock control & inventory

· 有效的控制库存。

· Analyze beverage statistics through point of sale system

· 通过销售点销售系统分析酒水统计数据。

· Works with Superior on manpower planning and management needs

· 和上级领导一起进行人力规划和管理需求。

· Works with Superior in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget

· 和上级领导一起编制和管理部门预算。

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS任职要求

Required Skills –技能要求

· Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

· 完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力。

· Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.

· 持有当地政府规定的含酒精饮品知识课程证书或食品服务许可证或有效的健康或食品上岗证。

· Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.

Qualifications –学历

· WSET 2 and above

· 侍酒师资格证2级以上

· ESW

· Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
