Duties and Responsibilities 工作职责

· Managing the day-to-day operation of the Canal Luna Chinese Restaurant and Banquet sections and informs the Director of Food and Beverage or designate, of any major decision taken which did not require his/her action and any other relevant information
管理中餐厅和宴会部每天的运作，及时的汇报给餐饮总监，或者委派、通知相关人员及相关信息。

· Assists the Director of Food and Beverage in the preparation of the Business Plan
协助餐饮总监准备经营计划。

· Assists the Director of Food and Beverage in ensuring that all Company and Hotel Policies and Procedures are adhered to.
协助餐饮总监确保所有公司、酒店的政策和流程是自始至终被坚持贯彻的。

· Assists with special projects assigned to him by the Director of Food and Beverage.
协助餐饮总监做他制定的特别项目。

· Monitor all costs and recommended measures to control them.

· Assists in the identification of market needs for both hotel guests and the local market.

· To assist outlet manager in planning and implementing effective training programs for their respective associates, in conjunction with the Training Manager and Departmental Trainers

· Assists outlet manager in maximizing productivity and associate morale and in maintaining discipline.

· Assists the Director of Food and Beverage in setting Food and Beverage goals and developing strategies, procedures and policies.
