岗位职责/职位描述

RESPONSIBILITIES职责:

 

· Handles site inspections (within and for outside catering) with potential clients when required.

· 在需要时与潜在客户进行现场检查(内部和外部餐饮)。

· Represents the hotel during meetings, cocktails and dinner parties with potential clients and sells the best possible service and the highest revenue in the interest of the hotels as well as the client.

· 在潜在客户的会议、鸡尾酒会和晚宴上代表酒店,为客户提供最好的服务和为酒店赢得 最高的收益。

· Ensure a sales attitude prevails at all times within the team supervise and organize training of the team on how to maximize revenue.

· 确保团队内部始终保持销售态度,监督并组织培训团队如何实现收入最大化。

· Ensure the weekly Function sheet and group information sheet is completed by the team.

· 确保团队完成每周的功能表和小组信息表。

· Determine need periods and pass on to the DOS.

· 确定需要的时间,并传递到销售总监。

· Responsible for producing conversion statistics on a monthly basis and reports these to the DOS.

· 负责每月的转化率统计,并向销售总监报告。

· Prepares and runs the morning briefing and debriefing with the team, ensures all team members are prepared for the weekly provisional meeting and monthly regular meeting.

· 与团队一起准备并执行晨会和汇报,确保所有团队成员为每周的临时会议和每月例会做

· Attend the weekly availability meeting (S&M meeting, Department meeting).

· 参加每周例会(市场销售会议、部门会议)。

· Set targets on conversion with the DOS for the team, instigate and up-selling program for the menu item.

· 与销售总监为团队设定转换目标,对菜单项进行煽动和追加销售。

· Follows up on all lost and cancelled business to ensure an accurate reason has been obtained and recorded. Rate discussion will be held with the Revenue Manager and the DOS to maximize yield.

· 跟踪所有丢失或取消的业务,以确保准确的原因已获得和记录。与收益经理和销售总监进行价格讨论,以获得最大化收益。

· To supervise the work of all Conference & Banqueting Team. Be responsible to do the regular and system training for all team.

· 监督所有会议和宴会团队的工作。负责对所有团队进行定期和系统的培训。

· Schedule Holiday and office coverage for the team. Complete weekly attendance records.

· 为团队安排假期和办公室值勤。完成每周出勤记录。

 

ADMINISTRATION 管理:

 

· Responsible for the correct follow up of the traces. Ensure that on Friday that nothing is traced over the weekend and that all traces are solved.

· 负责正确执行跟踪。 确保周五没有任何内容被追踪并且所有痕迹都已解决。

· Accurate filing of all lost and regretted business as well as obtaining the reason for the lost business, if for reason of rate this must be communicated to the DOS who will review this with the Revenue Manager.

· Provide the sales team with any new leads, which came directly to the department.

· Provides information over the telephone to all clients requesting information on Group Convention and Events. Send offers confirmations accordingly.

· Handles after sales correspondence (exit interview and thank you letter from the department). Trace the account for any potential business in the future.

· Issues Weekly function sheets for the weekly Banquet meeting and groups meeting.

· 为每周的宴会和小组会议发布每周的功能表。

· Follow up on all offers and sales leads with maximization of the banquet and rooms revenue as an overall target.

· 跟踪所有的报价和销售线索,将宴会和房间收入最大化作为整体目标。

· Preparation for the weekly provisional meeting.

 

· 为每周的临时会议做准备。

· Ensure regular Competition checks and updated related reports.

· 确保定期的竞争检查和更新相关报告。

· Prepare the Conference & Banqueting budget and marketing plan.

· 准备会议及宴会预算和市场计划。

 

CONSTRAINTS 约束:

 

· Adhere to departmental operating expenses as laid out in the budget / forecast.

· 持有预算/预测中规定的部门运营费用。

· Comply with all company policies relating to rate and space decisions.

· 遵守所有与价格和空间决策相关的公司政策。

· Comply with all systems and procedures as laid down by the commercial Director.

· 遵守商务总监制定的所有系统和程序。
