Duties & Responsibilities：
职责义务：
Politely answer the phone within 3 rings, in the best way to answer the guest questions and record messages, in order to meet the requirements of the guests.
有礼貌地接听电话并在电话铃响3声之内接听，记录并以最佳方式回答客人的问题，满足客的人要求。
Ensure forwarding and receiving of all information pertaining to the department in order to maintain set standards and achieve guest satisfaction.
确保接听和转达所有与部门相关的信息，以保持既定标准并取得客户的满意。
Report guest complaints to Executive Housekeeper or delegate immediately.
及时向行政管家或其代理人汇报客人的投诉情况。
Don’t transfer the calls from the outside, only record.
对外线打入的私人电话只作记录不能转接。
Manage the keys and work phones. Ensure sending, receiving, storing the formalities, and check to ensure that they can work normally.
管理钥匙，负责办理钥匙的收、发手续及保管工作,并且要检查以保证其正常工作。
Responsible for recording and store the all borrow items.
负责宾客借物的登记与保管。
Receive, record, store the all “Lost & Found” items, and handle them according to the regulations.
接收、登记、保管上交的遗留物品，并按规定及时处理。
Manage all kinds of forms.
管理各类表单。
Responsible for checking arrival VIP rooms, in-house VIP rooms with floor manager and floor supervisor.
负责与楼层经理和楼层主管核对当日预到VIP和在住VIP房号。
Check the room status with floor attendant and the front desk, ensure the correctly room status.
及时与前台、楼层核对房态，做好房态的切换工作。
Qualification：
任职资格：
Minimum 1 year experience with International Hotel Housekeeping clerk work of the office.
至少一年国际品牌酒店客房文员工作。
Knowledgeable of Hotel Housekeeping department procedures & policies; excellent in communication skills; familiar with hotel service project.
熟悉酒店人客房部政策与规定，出色的沟通协调能力，熟悉酒店的服务项目。
