§   根据凯悦会议宴会标准回答所有电话询问、处理电邮询问、准备提案和合同、主持酒店参观活动、策划会议宴会、创建会议宴会确认单、执行并跟踪会议宴会。
§   To follow all Hyatt Events Standards for answering phone enquiries, handling email enquiries, preparing proposals and contracts, conducting Hotel Tours, planning Events, creating Event Confirmations, Event execution and Event follow-up.
§   充分、正确地使用Envision, Opera, EMS/EAS, Socialtable等所有相关系统和线上工具。
To fully and correctly use Envision, Opera, EMS/EAS, Socialtable and all related systems and online tools.
§   根据凯悦的政策和程序维护酒店全部销售协议、合同和报价的完整记录。
§   To maintain complete records of all sales agreements, contracts and quotes for the hotel as per Hyatt’s Policies & Procedures.
§   确保遵守所有与财务记录维护、资金处理和授权相关的酒店、公司和地方章程、政策和法规，包括及时准确地报告财务信息。
To ensure that all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to, including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information.
§   最大程度负责将所有电话询价转变成直接收入。
§   Together with your Event Sales Team, to be primarily responsible for converting all incoming leads.
回答所有来电询问，并在收到电子邮件的两小时内确认该电邮询问。
§   To answer incoming telephone enquiries and acknowledge emailed enquiries within two hours of receipt
如果需要，处理紧急的电话询价，转换为会议宴会当天的直接收入。
§   Where required, to handle last minute leads from enquiry to conversion to the day of the event.
实施销售拜访，电话销售活动，以发现新的商业机会。
§   To undertake telemarketing activities to identify new business opportunities where required.

§   To follow the Hyatt Standards in relation to the conversion of Event leads.

§   To deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional client service at all times  
为客户及其它部门的内部客人提供礼貌而专业的服务。
§   To provide courteous and professional service to our client and internal customers in other departments
在与客人签订合同并收取定金之后，主要负责用专业的服务跟进，策划和执行会议宴会。会议结束之后，能有效地结清活动尾款。
§   Primarily responsible for planning and executing events after signed contract，deposit from the client and settle the event bill balance in due course.
根据凯悦会议宴会标准回答所有团队的电话询问、处理电邮询问、交接及修改团队合同、主持酒店参观活动、跟进团队细节确认、创建团队确认单、执行并全程跟进会议宴会团队在店期间的服务及各部门的内部协调工作。
§   To follow all Hyatt Events/Group Standards for answering phone enquiries, handling email enquiries, preparing revised contracts, conducting Hotel Tours, Group details Confirmations, handover from Group Sales, follow up the group during stay in house. Cooperate with internal operation department.
