引领所有总部学习课程包括：雅高、费尔蒙入职培训，费尔蒙承诺，领导力承诺，交互管理，绩效管理，培训培训员，高效人士的7个习惯等等。
· Facilitate and implement Heartist® Program.
引领和执行雅高心艺家文化项目。
· Set Accor Corner to provide reading, visual, e-learning resource to support colleagues learning and development.
设置雅高角以提供书籍、视频、网络学习支持，帮助人才学习和发展。
· According to Accor and Fairmont audit standard, set up learning and development aspect.
依据集团及品牌审计标准执行各项学习与发展事宜。
· Assists Corporate Learning Coaches in the development of companywide learning initiatives.
协助总部学习与发展团队开展各项学习事宜。
· Implement and develop corporate L&D program assigned by Accor and Fairmont.
执行和发展雅高和费尔蒙品牌推广的学习与发展项目。
· Liaise with other FHR L&D Managers to share experiences and resources
与费尔蒙姊妹酒店学习与发展经理建立联系，交流分享经验和资源。
