职位描述

· Prepares,cooks, serves and stores the following dishes:

备食品备料、烹饪及服务和储存。主要职责如下：

- Pastries, cakes andyeast goods.

糕点类、蛋糕类、及面包产品类。

- Fresh baked bread（European style）.

现烤面包(欧式面包)。

- Petits fours.

精美小点。

- Hot and cold desserts.

冷热甜品。

- Chocolate artwork.

巧克力工艺。

- Decorateportion and present.

装饰、份量及出品。

- Produces hot and coldsauces for menu items ensuring consistency.

项目所需要的冷/热酱汁并保持出品的一致性。

- Buffet food.

自助餐食品。

- Prepares andpresents food for buffet.

为自助餐准备出品。

· Prepares inadvance food, material and equipment needed for the service.

提前对食品、原料和设备的需求做好准备工作。

· Cleans andre-sets working area.

清洁及重新布置工作区域。

· Maintain ahygienic kitchen according to HACCP.

根据国际HACCP维护厨房的卫生标准。
