· Monitor Talent attendance records, including Talent leave statistic to ensure Talent
leave application form, monthly attendance form and monthly Talent overtime and
compensation summary form are consistent and correct and prepare respective
monthly reports. 跟踪人才的出勤记录,包括各类假期的统计,确保人才假期单、月底考勤表、每月人才加班补休汇总表的统一并准备月度报告。· Assists in Talent recruitment and screening system. 协助人事招聘及筛选工作。
· Prepare and submit periodic personnel reports such as the notices for Talent probation
complete, labour contract renew, promotion and monthly Talent leave summary
etc.定期准备并上交人事报表、表单、信函,如:人才试用期转正通知、合同续签通知、人才晋升祝贺信函、人才晋升确认函、每月人才假期统计表等。
岗位要求
1、大专以上学历,有相同岗位工作经验1年以上。
2、熟悉员工的有关法规和条例。
3、熟悉员工的规律、特点和岗位培训工作程序。
4、了解酒店员工的服务工作规范和质量标准的要求。
5、具有较强的沟通能力和协调能力。
