1、负责宿舍楼的床位分配，日常清洁工作和维持秩序，检查安全卫生，保持整洁的住宿环，为入住人才做好各项服务指导工作，确保入住人才知晓安全、资产及宿舍制度并签字认可。
2、主动热情的回应人才的困惑及入住问题，并提供帮助。
3、根据入住变动单做好入住和退宿资产发放和回收工作，严格执行资产管理，所有物资发放和回收，均需双方检查并签字确认。
4、监督宿舍能耗，确保水电正常供应及安全，跟进维修问题，确保设施设备正常运转。
















· Fully in

have a good sense on dormitory safety, assets and all of dormitory policies, confirmed and signed.
