1.负责更新培训告示牌上的信息，发布“店内、外最新消息”和培训信息。
Update training notice board with all information on What is Happening in and Outside Hotel and training information.
2.必要时协助部门培训者培训。
Assist all departmental trainers if necessary with their training.
3.确保培训教室保持良好状态。
Maintain training room in good condition.
4.协调培训计划和培训报告。
Co-ordinate training plan and training report.
5.确保所有员工被及时告知培训日程和安排。
Ensure all associates are informed of their training schedule.
6.准备培训用相关资料。
Prepare training materials.
7.协助组织授奖和证书颁发活动。
Assist to organize reward and certification programs.
8.保留每位员工的培训记录。
Keep records of each individual associate on every training he / she attended of the hotel in the HR system.
9.协助协调部门间交叉培训。
Assist in coordinating departmental cross-training.
10.经培训与经理认可，主持部分培训课程。
Implement training function and conduct training programs which arecertified by Training Manager.
11.确保酒店培训记录日常化，规范化。
Maintain hotel training records for legislative on a regular basis.
12.贯彻标准和相应服务保证培训和发展符合酒店实际情况和需求。
Implement tools and services to ensure training and development programsmeet the hotel’s objectives.
13.协助按照采购程序号明细单进行采购和库存。
Assist in purchasing stock / inventory according to purchasing proceduresand specifications.
14.协助贯彻衡量培训结果的成本-收益分析方法。
Assist implementing methods for evaluating cost-effectiveness oftraining programs.
15.协助计划和实施新员工入职培训。
Assist with the planning and delivery of Orientation Program.
16.保证所有报告和服务都按时完成。
Ensure all reporting and servicing deadlines are met in a timely basis.
17.完成培训与发展经理交代的其它任务。
Carry out other tasks as directed by Training Manager.

任职要求 Qualification
1.有酒店业工作经验或两年以上行政工作经验或一年以上学校授课经验。
Hospitality industry work experience before or Administration workexperience at least 2 years or teaching experience in school at least 1 year.
2.熟悉酒店人力资源政策与规定，出色的人际关系。
Knowledgeable of Hotel personnel procedures & policies; strong ininterpersonal skills.
3.熟悉微软办公自动化软件。
Familiar with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
4.英语听说读写流利。
English Fluent in both writing and speaking.
