职位描述 Job Description
1.管理健身中心，游泳池及水疗中心,以确保舒适,设备和人员足以让所有操作达到酒店服务质量的标准。
Manage the operations of Wellness Center, Pool and Spa, to ensure stock ofamenity, equipment, and manpower are sufficient for all activities to achieve hotelservice quality standard.
2.检查设备和器械的正常运行和应用,确保客人和同事的安全。
Conduct inspection on equipment and machines for the proper functioning andapplication to ensure the security and safety of guests and colleagues.
3.与酒店客人及会员建立良好的关系，为酒店创收。
Develop and maintain a good relationship with hotel guest and members inorder to generate revenues.
4.监控与更新健身中心提供最新的活动满足客人的期望。负责面试、培训、辅导和激励工作的同事在他们最好的。
Monitor and revise the program of Wellness Center by providing up-datedactivities for fulfilling guests’ expectation.Responsible for interviewing,training, counseling and motivating the colleague to work at their best.
5.控制成本的消耗，确保预算费用。
Control cost by supervising the consumption of amenity, chemical, andenergy to ensure the budget of expense is met.
6.管理健身中心和游泳池及水疗中心的清洁和植物，符合酒店标准的清洁和整洁。
Manager the cleaning and plant of Wellness Center. Pool and Spa, to meetthe cleanliness and tidiness of hotel standard.
7.完成其他职责。
Complete other duties as assigned.
任职要求 Qualifications
1.至少三年大专。
Minimum 3 years’ college education.
2.至少四年工作经验。
Minimum four years’ work experience.
3.健身中心和水疗经验。
Wellness Center and Spa experience.
4.良好的英文口语和写作能力，良好的服务意识和沟通能力，良好的电脑技能，能在压力下工作并适应倒班工作。
Good oral and written English proficiency, good service manner, able tocommunicate with all levels, good in computers, able to work under pressure andadapt to work in shifts.
