1.确保餐饮部部门的有效经济运行，根据需要向其他部门提供服务和支持，维护设备达到最佳状态。
Ensures the efficient and economic operation of the RB&E Division providing services and support to other Divisions as required, maintaining equipment in optimum condition.
2.每周举办一次餐饮部会议，确保所有会议都有良好的计划，有效率和注重结果的会议。
Conducts weekly RB&E Meetings, ensuring all meetings are well planned, efficient, and results-oriented.
3.根据需要出席并参加所有会议。
Attends and contributes to all meetings as required.
4.确保所有同事随时提供礼貌和专业的服务。
Ensure all colleagues provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
5.以礼貌和高效的方式处理客人和同事的查询，如果不能立即找到解决办法，报告投诉或问题，同时反馈及时跟进。
Handles guest and colleague inquiries courteously and efficiently, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.
6.熟悉同事和劳资关系的法定立法，了解并严格遵守员工手册规定的规定和有关消防，卫生，健康和安全的酒店政策。
Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in colleague and industrial relations, understanding and strictly adhering to rules and regulations established in the Colleague Handbook and the hotel policies concerning fire, hygiene, and health and safety.
7.积极参与提供咨询，咨询和真实，外交反馈的同事的福利，安全，发展和福祉。
Take an active involvement in the Welfare, Safety, Development, and wellbeing of colleagues providing advice, counseling, and truthful, diplomatic feedback.

任职要求 Qualification
1.大学学位或文凭在酒店或旅游管理。
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
2.至少2年的助理餐饮总监的经验，有开业筹备酒店工作经验优先。
Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Director of RB&E in a large property. Pre-opening experience would be an advantage.
3.出色的运营管理社交能力。
Good operational, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must.
