工作职责
1、负责日常管理、支持、协调旗下连锁酒店的财务工作（包括：报表收集、审核、分析）
2、建立健全连锁酒店财务管理制度，监督指导酒店财务管理制度的执行情况；
3、负责组织全酒店的经济核算工作；
4、全面负责和管理酒店经营预算、资本性支出预算和资金预算；
5、监督指导酒店资金运营计划，监督资金管理报告和预、决算，审批重大资金流向；
6、监督指导酒店资产的管理工作，确保酒店资产的安全与完整；
7、监督会计核算、会计处理和成本控制的运作工作，审核并按时完成各项财务报表和财务报告，确保其准确性和完整性；
8、酒店月度损益分析，对实际经营成果和财务状况进行分析，提出合理化建议和措施，服务于经营管理决策；
9、保持与银行、工商、政府部门和税务部门良好合作关系，维护公司利益；
10、参与酒店开业筹划工作；
任职资格
1、财务管理、会计、金融相关专业、大专及以上学历；
2、具有五年以上连锁酒店财务管理工作经验，熟悉酒店财务管理模式；
3、通晓财务、会计、预算、金融、税务知识、掌握法律相关知识，具备较高计算机应用知识；
4、精通excel、word等办公软件；
5、具有一定的外部关系协调和统筹管理能力；
6、良好的团队领导力、协作能力，优秀的沟通、分析能力，对企业忠诚度高
