12.组织策划客户活动，加深酒店和客户的感情，建立良好的协作关系，树立酒店良好公众形象，扩大酒店知名度。
13.全面负责营销部工作，掌握市场动向，研究客源结构，分析市场需求，确定营销目标。
14.制定酒店营销计划，组织开拓客源市场。
15.结合市场需求，设计酒店最佳产品组合，选择合适销售管道，制定合理的营销策略和价格。
16.协调与各部门的关系，保证营销工作的正常进行。
17.完成上级交办的其他工作。
