· Review accounts payable monthly inventory reconciliations

· Review accounts payable purchase journal
查看应付款进货薄。
· Review travel agency commission payments

· Maintain replacement reserve cash book
保存好重置储备金现金账薄。
· Review and prepare input in the general ledger from various sources

· Review food and beverage control reconciliations and journal

· Approves various city ledger transactions before posting

· Prepares asset purchase/disposal report for owners

· Approves payment requests, employee advances and petty cash prior to payment
在支付账目前批准支付需求，及备用金需求。
· Assists Accounting Manager and the Controller in budget preparation and input, forecast reports and monthly reporting to corporate finance
协助财务总监和财务部经理准备预算，并每月向集团财务部汇报情况。
· Supervises Accounts department in the absence of the Accounting Manager.
在财务部经理不在的时候管理会计部门
· Interacts, as required, with individuals outside the hotel including hotel’s bank, tax auditors and other hotels and corporate offices
