Summary
Supervises the staff on his shift in the maintenance and sanitation of all Food & Beverage back-of-the house areas and ensures consistent supply of all operating equipment and FFE for the Food & Beverage Division in a manner consistent with the standards of the Resort.

管理当班的服务员维护所有餐饮部后区的卫生设施体系并且确保始终能为餐饮部提供所有运营设备和FFE。
