招聘宴会销售协调员Event Sales Coordinator_上海艾迪逊酒店招聘信息-最佳东方

岗位职责
1、接受宴会、会议场地的预订。
2、销售人员外出时，随时准备接待来访的客人，并可根据销售总监的授权向客人报价，但要及时反馈给相关客户经理进行具体落实。
3、协助销售经理草拟宴会建议书。
4、拟定合同，并负责执行合同的签署和收发流程。
5、准备宴会通知单，并分发到相关部门。
6、宴会当天现场待命，以处理紧急变更事宜。
7、与相关部门紧密协调，处理宴会细节或临时变更事宜。
8、收集客户反馈，汇总报告，并提交致宴会销售经理。
9、任何特殊事件需向宴会销售经理汇报并征得认可
10、客户的任何特殊要求需向宴会销售经理汇报。
11、出席每日宴会销售部会议，需要时参加协调会议。
12、每月更新客户名单。
13、执行宴会销售经理分派的其它任务。
14、具体负责宴会客户档案管理工作。
15、做好办公室的日常工作。
（1）归纳每日、每周及每月销售人员确认生意情况并上缴报告，在每日销售例会时作出汇报（团队及宴会会议预订、团队丢失统计、宴会会议接待统计等）；
（2）推广活动总结报告；
（3）部门月度总结图表及统计数据的跟进；
负责部门的员工的考勤及日常接待工作等；

岗位要求
1、工作经验：可接受应届毕业生，1年以上高星级酒店相应岗位工作经验优先。
2、语言能力：普通话流利、英语会话熟练。
3、业务素质：熟悉部门运作及团队接待流程，熟悉文档管理，具有良好的组织协调能力和沟通技巧。
