1.监督前台员工，确保客人从入住到离店都得到及时的关注和个性化的服务以达到最大的客人满意度。
Monitors Lifestyle Host team members to ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure.
2.所有房间的等级入住登记手续必须严格按照酒店的规章制度办理。
Registers and rooms all arrivals according to established procedures
3.熟知并维护部门的标准和程序。
Maintains compacts knowledge of departmental standards and procedures.
4.确保在酒店系统中进行入住，离店及换房操作时所有客人信息都与预定的信息保持一致。
Performs check in, check out and room change procedures and ensures all data are entered completely into the hotel systems in accordance with reservation.
5.关注客人的投诉，问询及要求，在值班经理无法提供协助的情况下做出正确的判断。
Attends to guest’s complaints, inquiries and requests, referees problems to Duty Manager if he/she is unable to assist and reports and documents any such to LDM /LD.
6.保持与其他部门及外包公司的必要联系以确保为客人提供最优质的服务。
Liaises with other departments and necessary outside contracts to ensure excellent service delivery.
7.夜班时，查看夜班报表，准备早班报表并准备所有必要的表格。
When on night shift, checks night report, prepare the morning report and prepare all necessary forms for the guest arrival.
8.对预定程序保持全面的认知，包括使用正确的表格，如何阅读传真，电子邮件，讯息以及如何解释在预定系统中的可用资源。
Maintains comprehensive knowledge of standard reservation procedures including correct forms to use, how to read facsimile, e-mail, messages, and how to interpret availability sources within the reservation systems.
