1.客房的清洁和维护。根据规程，每个班次8小时至少打扫11个点的客房。按照指示优先准备所需要的客房。提供开夜床服务，观察规定程序和标准。如有布草，家具，设备丢失的情况，立刻向相关部门报告。需要时及时跟进。无论何时何地需要时，转移家私及器具。
Guestroom cleanliness and maintenance. Cleans and supplies a minimum of 11 credits per 8-hour shift, according to procedures. Prepares rooms that are blocked for occupancy, prioritizing as instructed. Does turndown service, observing established procedures and standards. Immediately reports loss or damage of linen, furniture, fixture or equipment to concerned areas for action. Follows through on action, as may be needed. Transfers furniture and fixture when and where needed.
2.清扫楼层指定的公共区域，并且与规定的规程和标准一致。
Cleans floors in public areas as assigned, and in accordance with established procedures and standards.
3.确定清扫的标准，地毯和家具的清洗要使用适当的化学制品和清洗物品；始终紧密的遵守化学制品的处理程序。清洗窗户，墙面，天花板，横梁和模型，要适当的遵守程序和清洁，安全的标准。
Per established cleaning schedules, implements carpet and furniture shampooing using appropriate chemicals and cleaning agents; closely adheres to proper chemical handling procedures at all times. Washes windows, walls, ceilings, beams and molding, properly observing procedures and standards for both cleanliness and safety. 
4.每天检查指定客房和更衣室照明灯具的清洁度和情况。根据洁净度和卫生的标准和规程清扫墙面，镜子和灯具。
On a daily basis, checks light fixtures of assigned guest rooms for cleanliness and condition. Cleans walls, mirrors, lighting according to cleanliness and hygiene standards and procedures.
5.每个班次结束前要按照标准清洁干净。确保所有设备和手推车维护得当。及时精确的准备并提交库房领料单。
Cleans the amenities pantry the end of shift as according to the standard. Ensure the equipment and mobile trolley are maintain properly. Prepare and submit store requisition, timely and accurately.
6.始终保持手推车的整洁和物品的充足。始终保持布草备品室和物品的整洁有序。在下班前向客房部提交工作表。
Keeps trolley neat and adequately supplied at all times. Keeps pantry linen and supply closet neat and in working order at all times. Submits productivity worksheets to SL – Housekeeping at the end of the shift.
7.向安全部员工或者主管/行政管家报告楼层可疑人员。
Reports suspicious looking persons on the Floors to Security staff and/or the Service Leader/Executive Housekeeper.
