岗位职责
1、定期培训本部门员工，不断提高服务技能和业务水平，做好每月考勤、更期表。
Regularly train the staff of the department, constantly improve service skills and business level, make monthly attendance and schedule.
2、各区域的运作情况，不断巡视各个岗位，能够在有突发事件发生时，可以及时处理。
The operation of each region, constantly inspect each post, can deal with emergencies in a timely manner.
3、抓好送餐员的服务礼貌和工作纪律，要求讲礼貌用语和遵守公司的各项规章制度。
Pay attention to the service courtesy and work discipline of Room Service Waiter/Waitress, ask to speak polite language and abide by the rules and regulations of the company.
4、及时处理客人投诉和员工之间的工作沟通问题，合理调解工作中的一切问题。
Timely deal with customer complaints and communication issues between employees, reasonable mediation of all problems in the work.
5、随时检查各区域的运作情况，使之各项工作达到标准，并在过程中认真执行部门奖罚条例，做到奖罚分明。
Check the operation of each region at any time to make the work up to the standard, and in the process of conscientiously implement the department reward and punishment regulations, do reward and punishment clearly.
6、发现工作上的问题及时解决，主持每天例会，上传下达公司的有关通知、规章制度、规定等一些文件。
I found problems in work and solved them in time, presided over the daily regular meeting, and uploaded and distributed the company's relevant notices, rules and regulations, and other documents.
7、做好各部门之间的沟通和协调，主动解决问题，并及时将问题反映给部门经理。
Communicate and coordinate with other departments, take the initiative to solve problems, and report the problems to department manager in time.
8、检查各区域的准备工作和员工的仪容仪表，不合格或不符合规定的要马上指正。
Check the preparation of all areas and the grooming of the staff. Correct any non-conformity or non-conformity immediately.
9、查看饮品、食品的出品要求，做好打苛、分单、分区工作。安排传酒员出单，使饮品、食品及时送到台房。
Check drinks, food production requirements, do a good job of red tape, single, partition work. Arrange Room Service Waiter/Waitress to make the drinks and food delivered to the station in time.
10、负责本区域员工纪律、礼貌礼仪、工作安排和处理日常事务，尽量要做到不偏不倚，能够公平、公正、公开。
Responsible for discipline, etiquette, work arrangement and daily affairs of employees in the area, try to be impartial, fair, just and open.
11、认真记录好每天的出品情况，以及和部门配合的情况，对于异常的事情要特别记录清楚，下班前将单据交予经理。
Carefully record the daily production situation, as well as the cooperation with the department, for abnormal things to record clearly, before the end of work to deliver the documents to the manager.
