岗位职责
1、 负责酒吧的日常经营;
Responsible for the daily operation of the bar;
2、建立、健全酒吧的各项管理制度和工作规范；
Establish and improve the bar's various management systems and working standards;
3、为酒吧的运作提出合理化建议；
Make reasonable suggestions for the operation of the bar;
4、组织完成酒吧各项经营计划；
Organize and complete various business plans of the bar;
5、检查运营情况，督导、落实各项规章制度和工作规范，发现问题及时予以解决；
Check the operation situation, supervise and implement the rules and regulations and work norms, find problems to solve in time;
6、督促员工做好会所所有设施设备的日常保养；
Supervise staff to maintain all facilities and equipment in the club; 7、审核各种物品的申领，并控制成本；
Review the application of various items, and control the cost;
8、实施培训，提高员工自身素质和工作技能；及时处理客诉、了解客人对酒吧的建议，不断改进服务
Conduct training to improve staff's quality and work skills; Deal with customers' complaints and suggestions to the bar in time and improve service continuously

岗位要求
 1、了解酒水相关知识；
Knowledge of drinks;
2、熟悉高端酒吧运营管理和服务标准及工作流程；
Familiar with high-end bar operation management and service standards and workflow;
3、有较高的处理突发事件的应变能力及对客沟通能力；
Have a high ability to deal with emergencies and customer communication ability;
4、热爱服务工作，工作踏实、认真，有较强的事业心和责任感。
