岗位职责
1.制定本部门预防性维修保养计划有效保障酒店设备、设施安全经济运行完好。
Develop the preventive maintenance plan to ensure the safe and economical operation of hotel equipment and facilities.
2.掌握当班能源消耗及维修费用，确保酒店最大限度的节能、节支。
Control the energy consumption and maintenance cost on duty to ensure maximum energy saving and cost saving.
3.推行节能运行计划的实施和运行维修费用预算的控制。
Implement energy saving operation plan and control operation maintenance budget.
4.协助分析工程项目报价单，亲临现场检查施工与工程进度。
Assist in the analysis of project quotation, visit the site to check the construction and project progress.
5.协助工程部经理做好消防，安全工作。
Assist engineering manager to do fire protection and safety work.
6.协助建立完整的设备技术档案和维修档案。
Assist to set up complete equipment technical files and maintenance files.
岗位要求
1.必须掌握机电工程设备的基础知识。
Must have basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering equipment.
2.能充分领会工程部经理的经营意识，能组织和指挥工程部各项工作计划的实施，确保工程部的正常运转。
Be able to fully understand the operational awareness of the engineering manager, and be able to organize and direct the implementation of various work plans of the engineering department to ensure the normal operation of the engineering department.
