岗位职责
1. 将和销售部有关的所有内收外发邮件和信件传送至相应人员
Routesall incoming and outgoing mail as well as correspondences related to the SalesDepartment
2. 对由行业、公司和酒店导致的行政职能变化做出反应
Respondsto changes in the Administration function as dictated by the industry, companyand hotel
3. 支持和其他员工紧密合作，重点关注酒店整体是否达到预期效果和客人对酒店的满意程度
Worksclosely with other employees in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing onthe overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests
4. 监督办公室工作人员和销售程序，以确保实施适当和及时处理各种信函，文件维护及系统的存档并与世界各地的销售办公室保持联系
Coordination of sales activities with other departments, emphasizing a good rapport and good working relationship with the rooms and food and beverage departments
5. 按销售部总监的要求准备报告、信件、备忘、传真等，同时注意高度保密
Preparesreports, letters, memorandums, fax etc as assigned by the Director of Saleswhilst ensuring the strictest levels of confidentiality at all times
6. 保证高标准的仪态妆容
Ensureshigh standards of personal presentation and grooming
7. 执行被分派的其他合理职责
Carriesout any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned

岗位要求
1. 在酒店行业具有不低于5年的工作经历                      
Aminimum of five (5) years’ experience in the hospitality industry
2. 在豪华品牌酒店具有同职务不低于5年的工作经历
Five years in a similarposition within a luxury brand
3. 具有处理问题的能力，推理能力，积极性，组织能力和培训能力
Problemsolving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
4. 精通电脑的各种应用程序
Proficientin the use of Microsoft Office
5. 具有将强的书写和沟通能力
Good Communication andwriting skills
6. 具备在国际化公司的语言沟通和工作能力
Abilityto work and communicate in a multinational environment:
7.英语水平需达到流利的表达和顺畅的书写
