岗位职责：
Job Responsibilities

1.执行市场推广策略来增长酒店收益来源，提高酒店知名度；
Implement marketing promotion strategies to increase the hotel's revenue sources and enhance its popularity;
2.制定并执行酒店的所有活动，公共和媒体关系，忠诚度和渠道营销以及其他市场推广活动的全年计划；
Develop and implement the annual plan for all hotel activities, public and media relations, loyalty and channel marketing, as well as other marketing promotion activities;
3.发展良好的媒体关系，策划新闻发布会以及其他公关活动。代表酒店与媒体沟通，以促进良好的公关形象，提高酒店知名度和抵消负面影响。
Develop good media relations and plan press conferences and other public relations activities. Communicate with the media on behalf of the hotel to promote a good public relations image, enhance the hotel's popularity and offset negative impacts.
4.根据品牌标准，设计并制作酒店和市场推广的宣传印刷品；
Design and produce promotional printed materials for the hotel and marketing promotion in accordance with brand standards;
5.管理酒店内容管理系统，更新文字和图像，优化内容质量并准确地呈现品牌标准；
Manage the hotel's content management system, update text and images, optimize content quality and accurately present brand standards;
6.管理酒店图像数据库包括官方酒店照片、活动照片和员工照片等，用于酒店推广。
 Manage the hotel image database, including official hotel photos, event photos and staff photos, etc., for hotel promotion.


任职要求：
Job Requirements

1.市场营销、媒体或相关专业毕业优先；
Graduates majoring in marketing, media or related fields are preferred.
2.至少5年以上的市场传讯工作经验，有奢华酒店同等职位以及社会新闻媒体工作经验者优先；
 At least 5 years of experience in marketing communication. Candidates with equivalent positions in luxury hotels and experience in social news media are preferred.

3.拥有较强的观察和应变能力、优秀的人际交往和协调能力、较强的社会活动能力。
 Possess strong observational and adaptability skills, excellent interpersonal communication and coordination abilities, as well as strong social activity capabilities.
