1、负责酒吧区域的日常运营，包括酒水调制、出品及服务工作
Be responsible for the daily operation of the bar area, including the preparation, production and service of beverages
2、根据标准配方准确调制各类鸡尾酒、饮品，确保出品质量稳定  
Accurately mix various cocktails and beverages according to standard formulas to ensure stable product quality
3、维护酒吧设备及器具的清洁与保养，保持工作区域整洁有序  
Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the bar's equipment and utensils, and keep the working area clean and orderly
4、管理酒水库存，定期盘点并协助完成采购申请
Manage the inventory of alcoholic beverages, conduct regular inventories and assist in completing purchase applications
5、掌握酒水知识，为客人提供专业的饮品推荐与服务咨询  
Master knowledge about alcoholic beverages and provide guests with professional drink recommendations and service consultations
6、遵守酒店卫生安全标准，严格执行食品安全操作规范  
Comply with the hotel's hygiene and safety standards and strictly follow the food safety operation norms
7、参与酒吧特色饮品的研发与推广活动  
Participate in the research and development and promotion activities of the bar's characteristic beverages
