1.遵循酒店政策于程序全面负责酒店的招聘计划、执行招聘方案并完成人才招聘需求以满足酒店运营的需要，维护并提升酒店雇主品牌的良好形象。

2. 制定招聘战略计划并有效执行。

3. 维护并拓展有效招聘渠道、积极开展有效的招聘活动，并与各渠道联络人维系良好的合作关系。

4. 负责将所有空缺岗位及时发布到各招聘渠道，确保招聘相关广告符合集团及酒店的岗位要求。

5. 寻找并对所有部门负责人级别以下人选进行初步面试筛选，与各部门经理沟通安排部门面试，并保证招聘活动流程符合程序要求。

6. 需出差并参与对职业技术学校、学院、高等院校的考察、招聘活动及相应的宣讲、授课。

7. 妥善管理候选人简历及个人信息，能够主动建立有效的数据系统来管理候选人信息。
