1.  协助授权使用者操作酒店信息系统硬件、各种电子元件和帮助个人电脑的使用。
To assist authorizedusers in relation to operation of the hotel’s I.S. system hardware, variousmodules and supporting personal computers.
2.  确保酒店所有信息系统设备的预防性维护得以正确的执行。
To ensure thatpreventive maintenance required by any I.S. equipment in the hotel is carriedout appropriately.
3.  协助及时维修并恢复使用出现故障的系统或设备。
To coordinate thetimely repair and return to service of any faulty systems or items ofequipment.
4.  检查现有的程序以确保信息系统数据的备份。
To check on theestablished procedures to ensure the backup of data in any I.S. system.
5.  当硬件或软件崩溃时，协助重建系统数据。
To assist to rebuilddata corrupted by either hardware or software faults.
6.  根据酒店、行业和公司的指引，回应资讯系统方面的改变。
Responds to changesin the Information Systems function as dictated by the industry, company andhotel.
7.  了解关于员工及行业关系的法律、法规，理解并严格遵守员工手册中的规章制度，及酒店关于防火、卫生、健康和安全的制度。
Reads the hotel'sAssociate Handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the hotel's rulesand regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating tofire, hygiene, health and safety.
8.  熟悉并且遵守集团、部门及区域的报告与组织构架。
To be familiar with,and to adhere to, the corporate, divisional and regional reporting andorganizational structure
