1 根据部门标准监督维修，维护及工程部操作。
Supervises the repair, maintenance and Engineering operations according to the departmental standards.
2 正确使用和维护工具
Properly handles and maintains all power tools.
3 当领班要求时，协助其他技术员工作。
Assists other tradespersons or technicians when requested by Team Leader.
4 修改设施使材料浪费减到最小以及为未来维护提供方便。
Modifies installations to minimise waste of material and provide access for future maintenance.
5 监督全部维护保养工作，确保主机房按照营业要求能够持续不断的有效运作。
Supervises all maintenance activities toensure the “Primary Plant” provides continuous and consistent utilities required for operations.
6 保持所有工作场所的清洁，开展工作时注意保护环境。
Ensures cleanliness of all work areas and protects the surroundings when executing duties.
7 对酒店客房，公共区域，服务区域提供良好维修和维护。
Performs repairs and maintenance work to all guest rooms, public and service areas of the hotel to ensure they are well maintained.
