1.主导搭建并迭代多业态度假区运营管理体系，建立多业态标准化流程与高效协同机制，支撑项目长期盈利与品牌口碑。
2.基于集团战略制定差异化经营策略与业绩指标（KPI：用户满意度、产品迭代、二销产品、MUS小单元的运营。里宴、山山而川的销售业绩共同承担），管理Club Med、棠岸酒店、阿美泽营地，商业联营收入与商业共同承担，确保年度营收、利润、游客满意度等核心目标超额完成。
3.拉通集团内部产业资源，联动外部政府、行业协会、流量平台，构建度假区运营生态，异业合作资源的引入。
4.深度洞察西南文旅市场，结合消费升级与竞品动态，快速迭代产品，保持区域内的竞争力。
任职要求
1.统招本科及以上学历（优秀者大专以上学历），英文口语书面语良好，2年及以上度假区/文旅综合体/酒店运营负责人总同岗位经验。
2.具备多业态（酒店+商业+景区）复合运营经验；拥有国际品牌酒店（洲际、凯悦、香格里拉等）及文旅集团、酒店集群、综合性质度假区，品牌酒店的区域运营总，有实际项目管理经验。（阿那亚、永乐华住（酒店群）、麓湖、良渚文化村、乌镇）管理经验优先；
3.运营出身，优秀者可放开，或者单店总经理。具备从0到1搭建度假区运营体系的实战经验，拥有极强的计划运营节点意识，把控项目节奏，确保关键目标落地。
4.能快速适应文旅行业的动态变化，注重用户体验与服务细节。
