岗位职责：
协助总经理完成日常行程统筹、会议安排、日程提醒，整理会议纪要、工作台账及各类运营资料；负责对外外宾接待、日常英文口语沟通对接，翻译往来英文邮件、外宾来访资料、对外宣传基础文案；跟进度假区各板块运营事项上传下达，同步各部门工作反馈，汇总经营数据、客诉、现场运营问题并整理简报；协助完成总经理交办的接待陪同、现场巡查、活动统筹辅助、文件归档、办公用品管理等临时性工作；配合涉外接待、外籍合作方沟通，做好口语翻译、现场对接、信息记录工作。
任职要求：在校本科 / 大专实习生，旅游管理、酒店管理、商务英语、国际商务相关专业优先；英语口语流利，可无障碍日常沟通、现场接待口译，具备基础读写翻译能力，四六级 / 雅思托福证书优先；熟练使用 Office 办公软件（Word/Excel/PPT），具备基础文档整理、数据汇总能力；细心稳重、执行力强，有良好沟通表达、临场应变能力，服务意识强；每周工作 5 天，实习周期不少于 3 个月，能配合度假区接待、活动加班；认同文旅度假行业，形象得体，待人有礼，抗压能力良好，熟悉基础商务礼仪优先；有酒店 / 度假区、涉外接待实习经历者优先录用。
实习福利：提供实习补贴、员工工作餐、员工宿舍；近距离跟随总经理学习度假区全盘运营管理，积累高端文旅涉外工作经验；实习结束开具正规实习证明，表现优异可出具推荐评语。
