【岗位职责】
1. 制定并执行度假区整体品牌整体规划，定位及年度品牌策略&市场传讯策略，提升品牌知名度与市场占有率，确保与集团品牌标准一致。
2. 管理公关活动，包括媒体关系维护、新闻稿撰写发布、危机公关处理，扩大正面媒体曝光。
3. 编制&控制品牌&市场传讯预算，管理供应商，跟踪传播数据复盘，优化投放效果及ROI，管理市场传讯团队，制定KPI并指导下属工作。
4. 打造在地品牌IP，主题活动，宣传物料与品牌场景，把控全触点品牌品质。
5. 策划并监督数字营销、社交媒体运营、广告投放及线上渠道优化，驱动酒店，景区，商业街等综合业态度假区营收。
6. 统筹度假区外部宣传物料设计、印刷及分发，确保视觉形象与品牌调性统一。
7. 监控市场竞品动态及行业趋势，定期提交市场分析报告，为管理层决策提供数据支持。
8. 维护与政府机构、行业媒体、KOL及合作伙伴关系，组织品鉴会、发布会等推广活动。【岗位要求】
1. 本科及以上，8 年以上高端文旅 / 度假酒店品牌经验，3 年品牌总监管理经验，有复星旅文、Club Med 同类项目，熟悉本地媒体资源者优先。
2. 卓越的中英文书面及口头表达能力，能独立撰写新闻稿、营销文案及商业提案。
3. 熟悉小红书、抖音等文旅新媒体生态，有品牌活动、内容营销成功案例
4. 出色的策划与组织能力，能独立统筹大型活动并有效协调内外部资源。
5. 具备危机公关处理经验，抗压能力强，能快速应对突发舆情事件。
6. 团队管理经验丰富，能激励下属并推动跨部门协作。4擅长跨部门协同，能带团队，可适应项目节点加班
7. 对云南&丽江本地市场有深刻了解，拥有酒店、旅游或高端品牌行业人脉资源者优先。
