【岗位职责】
1、要熟知菜单、食品配方及其它方面的知识，以向客人推荐各种食品及饮料。
2、保持工作场地及餐具室内物品的齐全、干净、整洁。
3、根据餐厅的规定来摆放餐桌，添加所需的布品及操作设备。
4、根据标准的手册来做好接待客人相关服务工作。
5、完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
【岗位要求】
1、相貌端正，身体健康。对工作认真热情，能吃苦耐劳。
2、掌握必需的食品、酒水知识，有一定的餐饮服务技能。
3、从事过酒店餐饮服务行业工作经验的优先考虑。
