1.主持部门班前班后会，做好VIP客人预抵的准备工作，及处理已退房间和出租房间出现的问题；

2.向客房部办公室提交准确的客房状态报表，协调跟进特殊事件，及时关注客人需求及投诉，对客服务做到尽善尽美；

3.定期检查并报告所负责楼层的各类物品储存量和消耗量，并加以控制；

4.合理安排人力，调配班次确保客房正常运转，员工能得到合理休息；
Reasonable arrangement of manpower and shift to ensure the normal operation of the room, staff can get reasonable rest;
5.负责客用物品供应及设备设施使用的管理；

6.每月检查客用品消耗量，制定节约使用措施和办法并检查实施，及时纠偏；

7.加强日常检查，保证客房服务质量，每日抽查住客房及OK房、VIP房的卫生、设备、物品摆放的质量，督导员工按照正确的操作流程操作；
