1.在楼层主管的指导下负责本班次区域的每日巡查工作，确保本部门工作按计划进行；
Responsible for the daily inspection of the sub-region of the shift under the guidance of the floor supervisor to ensure that the work of the department is carried out as planned;
2.主持召开部门班前班后会，做好VIP客人预抵的准备工作，及处理已退房间和出租房间出现的问题；
 Preside over the pre-work and after-work meetings of the department, prepare for the arrival of VIP guests, and deal with the problems of returning and renting rooms;
3.向客房部办公室提交准确的客房状态报表，协调跟进特殊事件；
Submit accurate room status report to housekeeping office, coordinate and follow up special events;
4.及时关注客人需求及投诉，对客服务做到尽善尽美；
Timely attention to customer needs and complaints, and perfect customer service;
5.定期检查并报告所负责楼层的各类物品储存量和消耗量，并加以控制；
Regularly check and report the storage and consumption of various items on the floor in charge and control them; 
6.合理安排人员，确保客房清洁卫生，负责客房设备设施使用的管理；
Arrange the staff properly, ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the guest room, and manage the use of guest room equipment and facilities
7.每日检查，保证客房服务质量，每日检查住客房及OK房、VIP房的卫生、设备、物品摆放的质量，督导员工按照正确的操作流程操作；

8.完成上级领导交代的其他工作任务。

1.负责制定公共区域工作计划，必须与客房部的整体工作计划相协调，让下属员工参与计划的制定、充分听取下属员工的意见；

2.计划必须涵盖清洁用品耗用，清洁工具的使用和保养及公共区域卫生等各方面；

3.协助PA主管建立和完善PA各项规章制度及操作规程；
Assist PA supervisor in establishing and improving PA rules and regulations and operating procedures;
4.注意倾听员工的意见，及时解决员工之间的矛盾分歧；就员工的任用、考核等提出合理的建议；

5.合理安排班次和人员。保证完成公共区域工作任务，安排好员工的休息，保证员工有充足的体能；

6.做好本区与酒店其它相关部门的联系和协调工作，听取各方对本部门的工作意见，及时向PA主管反映情况。
