岗位职责
1. 为来往酒店的宾客提供开车门、护顶、及开门服务。
2. 问候来住宾客。
3. 协助宾客提拿行李。
4. 为有需要的宾客提供租车服务，联系车辆。
5. 保持大门口整洁畅通，及大门口的安全。
6. 妥善回答宾客的问询，并提供恰当的服务。
岗位要求
1.工作认真、作风细致、吃苦耐劳、反应灵活。
2.能进行英语日常会话，开展对客服务。3.拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能；完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力。
