岗位职责：
1、根据酒店的预约和入住房态情况，准确、快捷为宾客办理入住和离店手续；
2、掌握接待系统实时预订情况，开具和整理收据、账单、信用卡签购单，掌握当日客房的租用情况、退房数量及宾客的账单情况；
3、负责宾客的接待留言服务、问询服务、换房服务、宾客物品转交服务，叫醒服务等处理；
4、根据规定收集、整理、保管资料，复查入住宾客情况以及准备次日预离宾客团队资料；
5、阅读和填好交班日志，认真做好交接班工作；上级领导交代的其他事项。
任职资格：
1.仪容仪表较好，具有一定的英文基础和沟通能力。
2.懂电脑操作，可接受三班制。
3.有酒店前台工作经验者优先。
语言能力：英语-良好 粤语-熟练计算机能力：良好年龄要求：18-30岁
