1.员工宿舍日常管理，包括宿舍的安排入住、布草收发、人员登记、卫生检查、退宿手续等等。
2.负责定期检查各楼层房间卫生及楼层宿舍的安全管理，协助搞好各宿舍的维修保养工作，以确保员工宿舍的清洁和安全；
3.协助保安维护员工宿舍正常秩序以及消防安全事宜；
4.遵守公司一切规章制度，严格考勤，管理好员工宿舍，严格遵守公司宿舍管理制度，对违反员工宿舍管理制度和公司纪律的员工提出提醒并纠正，记录，必要时报告主管及员工所在部门处理；
5.保证员工宿舍区水、电的供应，及时跟进宿舍维修等相关事宜；
6.严格执行公司各项规章制度，准时上下班，上班时间不擅离工作岗位，不做与本岗无关之事。岗位要求
