Assisting the head sommelier in creating and updating the wine list

Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including glasses, decanters, and wine storage areas

Job Requirements:

At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a fine dining restaurant
在Fine Dining餐厅从事类似工作至少1-2年的经验
Certification in wine knowledge, such as WSET or CMS, is preferred

Fluent in both English and Chinese, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
