THE CUT Steak& Fries
THE CUT品牌自创立以来，其首家店就选址于热闹的淮海商圈。位于环贸iapm商场6楼的THE CUT Steak& Fries，是“世界牛排之旅Taste Map”的始发站，旨在为肉食者们带来与众不同的至臻美味。精选来自世界各地的高品质牛排，经过传统方式烤制而成，赋予其原汁原味的纯正口感。除了肉香四溢的牛排、酥脆可口的招牌薯角加以辅佐，更有多款碳烤美食、风味海鲜，和令人垂涎欲滴的甜品，只待与有趣的食客一同畅快分享。

THE CUT Meatery
作为“肉食者新欢”的THE CUT觅食小馆是THE CUT旗下的姐妹品牌，于2019年登陆徐汇新地标One ITC商场，是该商圈又一时髦潮流聚集地。对比鲜明的红黑色彩装修风格，凸显了炭与火的激情碰撞；霓虹灯与复古金属铜色的微妙搭配，瞬间提升视觉冲击；甜而不腻的少女粉装饰元素，无限激发浪漫情怀。
崇尚“无肉不欢”这一理念，THE CUT 觅食小馆将来自海洋、陆地，甚至土壤里的“肉类”以苹果木直火炭烤为主要的烹饪方式，将鲜嫩多汁的带骨肉眼牛排、色泽金黄的黑毛猪扒、羊肋排以及挪威三文鱼等各种串烧肉类精心呈现，结合各式香料及自制酱汁，衬托出肉食独特的美味，堪称肉食者的打卡圣地。

作为THE CUT品牌的全新力作，THE CUT餐厅·酒吧于2020年登陆上海浦东华润时代广场7层。以“远涉重洋“为设计灵感，带您领略北欧简约浪漫风情。画壁上的帆船、木制的甲板、复古的船舵等元素完美的融入到餐厅的装饰中，仿佛置身于地中海的靓丽风景。开阔而轩朗的玻璃房阳光酒廊、超大的落地窗将四季风光搬进生活，为客人带来绝佳的用餐体验。

THE CUT is the pinnacle F&B brand of the VOL Group. It was founded in 2014 and brings a breakthrough concept to the high-end dining consumption model. It embodies the idea of "affordable luxury", which means every steak lover can now afford top quality meat at a reasonable price.
In 2014, the first THE CUT Steak & Fries was opened on the 6th floor of IAPM mall on Shanghai Huaihai Road. It pioneered the development of a "Taste Map”, by offering steaks from all over the world. Featuring a Western cooking style for high-quality rib-eye steaks suited to perfectly match Eastern tastebuds. THE CUT Steak & Fries is a favorite among steak lovers.
THE CUT Rooftop is situated on the 7th floor of IAPM mall. Serving a series of delicious small plates, it brings a relaxed and romantic atmosphere to city dwellers with a combination of DJ music and snazzy craft cocktails, beer and wines. Located in One ITC mall, The CUT Meatery - “The MEATing Point” - provides guests with a fantastic choice of ribs, lamb, and other charcoal-grilled food. THE CUT Restaurant & Bar was established on 7th floor of Times Square mall in 2020. Inspired by a beach resort, it incorporates sails and other nautical elements into its design, beside an oasis inspired, wow-effect-inducing sun lounge.

THE CUT Steak& Fries
Located on the 6th floor of IAPM mall on Huaihai Road, THE CUT Steak & Fries was the first restaurant of THE CUT and where the “Taste Map” idea was born. From 2017-2020, the Shanghai Michelin Guide awarded it with a Michelin Recommended Restaurant award. High-quality steaks from all over the world are selected and roasted with traditional cooking methods, ensuring that each piece of meat embodies its original taste.
With timber, metal, tungsten, bare brick walls and other pink elements, THE CUT Steak & Fries was designed for a relaxed and fashionable clientele. THE CUT Rooftop’s clientele is an urban influx of fashionable people, looking for an escape point from the fast pace of modern life. This casual dining lounge is situated on the 7th floor of IAPM and boasts a terrace with stunning views of the Jing ‘An scenery. Featuring delicious finger foods, craft cocktails, great music and a world class sound system. This is the perfect place to be for an after-work getaway.
"No wine, no joy". A variety of classic and specially crafted cocktails provide guests a dazzling selection of favorites. Coupled with a “Small Plates" concept THE CUT Rooftop creates a place where moments are made and the epic parties go from dusk til dawn.

THE CUT Meatery
As the key "favorite of meat lovers", THE CUT Meatery is a sub-brand of THE CUT. It landed in the One ITC mall in 2019 quickly becoming one of the trendiest places in Xuhui district. The contrast of red and black highlights the collision of charcoal and fire; the subtle combination of neon lights, retro metallic copper, and pink elements, enhance the visual impact and warm guests with a romantic posh feeling.
This melt in the mouth concept’s motto is “meat is a must”: think rib-eye on the bone, pork chop, lamb shoulder and Norwegian salmon, all either braised, charcoal-grilled with apple wood over live fire. Those who love it rare will find the carpaccio and tartare suits their palate.
Served on wooden boards and metal bowls with belly-filling sides, it is a cross between your favorite local watering hole and a community canteen. As a new sub-brand of THE CUT, THE CUT Restaurant & Bar was founded on the 7th floor of Times Square in Shanghai in 2020, with the theme "traveling across the oceans". The inspiration behind its design shows the simplicity and romance of Nordic culture. Under the scenery of Mediterranean adornment, sailboats, a deck, and other elements are perfectly integrated into the decoration of the restaurant.
It offers high-quality steaks, char-grilled seafood, and delicate salads from all over the world. The drunken clams, tender sea bream, natural spring chicken, and soft shell crab, bring guests a unique taste and an amazing experience.
